I have enjoyed my communications with Janice however it appears we had some communication errors regarding the design and branding of surgical caps. I am still surprised i was charged for these airfreighted samples. Actual circle prints was amazing and overall quality of cap was good although the inside headband was missing but to think overbranding customers logo with a transfer would be alright, was a major problem for my customer. The fact that the structural template design had changed from the printed Cat sample your factory had sent last year was also strange. I have been able to convince customer to wait for a final discussion at which time they will either accept a second sample or not use us again. Lets see but i was not happy as Janice knows which as i said was a simple miscommunication. Thanks
